Due to the unforeseen events that have taken place over the past few weeks related to Covid-19 we have to make changes to the 2020 12th Annual YakAttack Benefit Tournament. More details to come in the next week with how to use/register for TourneyX, updated rules, etc. Once we get past this whole situation and get back to normal day to day life the 2021 YakAttack Benefit Tournament will take place on May 14-15 and will be hosted at Twin Lakes State Park.
- The tournament for 2020 will become an online event with scoring/fish submissions taking place using the TourneyX platform.
- You will have one day of fishing, May 16, 2020
- Black Bass Only (Two Divisions)
- Big Bass (Longest bass)
- Bass Division (3 Bass Limit)
- Winner of each division (Big Bass and Bass Division) wins a trophy and a $500 YakAttack gift card.
- Product giveaways will be drawn at random for those registered for the event. We are asking companies to send us gift cards instead of product to make them easier to distribute to the randomly drawn winners. Participants have the chance to win only one gift card.
- We are re-opening registration to anyone in the USA/Canada with no entry cap. Registration will close on May 1st. Registration will re-open on 4/13/2020 and take place on the TourneyX event page. Entry fee will remain the same at $100.
- Funds raised through entry fees will be reallocated to help purchase raw materials for the Covid-19/Emergency PPE Project that we are currently working on. We have talked to Heroes on the Water and Project Healing Waters and they support the decision.
