flag and pole very substantial
Very pleased with quality of flag, pole and mounting kit.

Very Good Quality Product
I bought this for safety reasons to be seen. The product is made very well. Nice foam near the base to fit a fishing rod holder with a square eyelet to tie something to. Nice fiberglass pole with quality orange flag that will last for years. Has black protective cap at the tip or rod. Sturdy cast-metal Mighty Mac mount with hardware screws that are flush with mount and nylon lock hex nuts. Can be mounted to any Gear Track also. I mounted mine at the rear of the kayak for no interference. I researched other kayak flags for daylight use and found this product to be the best out there to purchase. I am sure the lighted one is just is good but do not anticipate evening kayaking.
