We knew it was time we developed a transducer deployment arm that is truly designed for the task, and the SwitchBlade Transducer Deployment Arm is exactly that. With a single product you can attach the SwitchBlade to either your YakAttack CellBlok, deck mount, or on a track system. We designed the blade to minimize gurgle and resistance, making the SwitchBlade the most efficient transducer arm on the market. The patented arm folds up compactly. No more cumbersome, rigid arm to deal with. And for the angler that really wants to dial it in to fit their boat perfectly, we made the length of the arms customizable and can easily be cut to length to accommodate nearly any kayak on the market. Compatible with YakAttack MightyMount’s, GearTrac, and most other kayak track systems from Scotty Fishing Products, RAM Mounts, and YakGear. For FeelFree Kayaks, 3 Water Kayaks, and Jonny Boats you will need an adapter to be compatible. We offer the needed adapter in a single pack (AAP-1012) and a six pack (AAP-1012-6).
Unlike other transducer deployment arms of the past the new SwitchBlade Transducer Arm from YakAttack is focused on speed and adjustability. Featuring a hydrodynamic blade design the SwitchBlade causes less water turbulence resulting in a faster and less noisy over-the-side transducer mounting solution. Whether the SwitchBlade Transducer Arm is mounted on top of a YakAttack CellBlok or on the gunwale of your kayak the depth of the transducer is easily adjustable and gives you the ability to get the transducer deep enough for your side scan fish finder. If you don't need the full length of the SwitchBlade simple remove the middle arm and now you have a customized solution. To deploy or retrieve the transducer arm the SwitchBlade features a unique tubular design and multi pivot allowing for easy articulation in and out of the water.
In 2018, we launched the LockNLoad™ Mounting System for rod holders and fish finder mounts and we knew we had to find a way to integrate our new mounting system into the SwitchBlade Transducer Deployment Arm. By replacing the included knob used to attach the SwitchBlade base to the track with the the LockNLoad Mounting base it gives you the ability to mount your fish finder and transducer arm in one compact system.

Great product delivered as promised. Adapter I needed to attach transducer as seen on a company install video on YouTube was not part of the kit. I commented my frustrations. Yakattak saw my comment and shipped the adapter asap. No charge. Included a bottle opener and a sticker for my kayak. Best customer service I could imagine. I encourage buying there products. I installed on a cell blok that also worked great. Thanks Luther!
Very versitale. Unbeleivable adjustments/options. Simple use. Wish they made this in a larger version for my boat
Very good product
Works very well would recommend .
Very durable. Easy to use. Love that it has the locknload attachment for portability from one kayak it another.
I own multiple kayaks, using the switch blade and cell block swapping it over to the other kayak is made simple! Durable and reliable.
High density materials make this unit a solid solution for the transducer. Excellent craftsmanship! Swings easily. Tech support also sold me a 4" extension for my install on a pond boat. Great company service.
Very well made works great. Needed to modify the transducer bracket to fit my Garmin Striker 4 plus but works great.
Works great on my Hobie Revo 11. Cuts through the water pretty nice. I took out the middle extension arm and it fits perfect. stays up and out of the way when you need it to be. I replaced the wing nut with a Ram ball and mounted my fish finder right to it. makes it very easy to put on and take off.
