Black Friday & Cyber Monday Promotion – Details,Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, discounts, and sales offered on yakattack.us during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotional period. By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to adhere to these Terms.

  1. Promotional Period
  • The Promotion is valid only between 11/28/2025 and 12/1/2025.
  • All times are based on Eastern Standard Time (UTC-05:00)
  1. Eligibility
  • All orders placed on us during the promotional period eligible for 15% off or best pre-existing discount.
  • Purchases with a subtotal of $99 or more will be issued a free $25 gift card for use in December of 2025. Gift Cards will be sent out after the promo has ended to the email used on the order.
  • The Free Shipping Promotion on Sunday, 11/30/2025, is available to customers shipping to addresses within the continental United States only.
  • Purchases made before or after the promotion period are not eligible for promotional pricing or shipping, and will not qualify for the free gift card.
  1. Promotional Discounts
  • Promotional pricing applies only to eligible products as listed on the site during the promotion period.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases, future purchases, unshipped orders, backorders, or pre-orders.
  • Promotional discounts cannot be combined or otherwise stack with other offers, coupons, loyalty points, or discounts.
  1. Limited Quantities & Availability
  • Items may have limited stock and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee availability.
  • We do not offer rain checks, price matching, or retroactive price adjustments for items sold out or unavailable during the promotional period.
  1. Shipping
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders placed for delivery to a continental United States address on Sunday, 11/30/2025 automatically qualify for free shipping.
  • Carrier delays, weather issues, or high seasonal volume may extend delivery times.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Items purchased during the Promotion may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our standard Return Policy.
  • Refunds will reflect the promotional price paid, not the pre-discount value.
  1. Order Adjustments & Cancellations
  • We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
  • We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or abusive of promotions.
  1. Website Errors & Technical Issues
  • In the event of system errors, incorrect listings, interrupted transactions, or pricing inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct the issue and cancel or modify affected orders.
  • We are not responsible for delays, glitches, or interruptions caused by high traffic volume.
  1. Right to Modify or End Promotion
  • We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.
