It functions as a great tool for having multiple rods staged and ready to use. For tournament anglers the Bullwinkle features a slot designed to hold the Hawg Trough Measuring Board.

Rods at the Ready
I have the Bullwinklle mounted on my VIBE Seaghost works great. I can have several rods laying i front of me and the Bullwinkle keeps them organized and not tangled. the slot for the Hawg Trough makes it that much better.
